Focus: Grounding, progesterone support, mood balance, blood sugar stability
What’s Happening This Week
In the luteal phase, progesterone rises to support potential implantation. Energy begins to turn inward, and the nervous system often asks for calm and comfort. You may notice mood changes, sugar cravings, or bloating. This is a time to favor warming, grounding foods rich in magnesium, B6, and complex carbs to support your hormones and nervous system.
