Inner Season: Spring 🌸
Focus: Rebirth, creativity, liver support, fresh energy


What’s Happening This Week

Estrogen begins to rise, bringing more energy, motivation, and optimism. This is the phase for new beginnings—great for trying new meals, movement routines, or launching creative projects. Focus on foods that support the liver in processing rising estrogen, aid digestion, and enhance mental clarity. Favor vibrant veggies, fermented foods, and light proteins.
