PCOS is not one condition — it's a syndrome, and a spectrum. If you missed my recent post regarding understanding PCOS and why these imbalances occur, you can find it here. This apothecary shelf is your guide to identifying the specific hormonal and energetic imbalance you're facing and reconnecting with your body through herbs, food, rhythm, and ancestral knowing. Most physicians won’t separate the different types, and instead of focusing on the underlying root cause of the imbalance, they will band-aid it with a pill.

It is hard to know why we get PCOS and what the underlying cause is. But, I have done many medical astrology readings for women struggling with PCOS and the Venus sign often influences the insulin resistance that can predispose PCOS. It is also important to look at where Scorpio is in your chart and what influences it has.

If you haven’t had a medical astrology reading yet and are interested in learning the cause of some of your hormonal imbalances, you can book a reading or order an epigenetic blueprint. My office hours are now open for any questions about hormonal health, women’s health, medical astrology, traditional medicine topics, and more. I also opened the waitlist for my course the 30 Day Hormone Reset and you can sign up for first access here. Follow me on Instagram or access additional offerings on my website.
